Email with Outlook question?

How do I get a new “send” email address in Outlook. I have a mass email campaign that I want to go out but I don’t want the people recieving it to see my name – I want it to reflect my company’s name. Is that possible? Also, on the Help page in Outlook, it doesn’t list any numbers to contacting them. Anyone know thier number?
