What type of campaign about herbs that I should do?

I need to do a campaign about herbs. My target audience is secondary school students aged 13 and 14 years old. They are playful and full of energy. They do not really know about herbs. I want a campaign that can gain their interest and make them participate too.

    Do something that shows them how they go from plants to ingredients.
