Unless they can prove that he said “hack into Sarah Palin’s e-mail” beyond a shadow of a doubt, then no, he shouldn’t go to jail.     Yeah, abuse of power is a horrible crime and anyone who engages in that should go to prison for a long time.

    But wait. Emails of public officials are available by open records requests by anyone. So, if there is incriminating evidence against Palin in them, she should go to prison.
