Help with Marketing Campaign?

I need help coming up with a brand/ campaign for a real estate referral group. First, I need a slogan. It is a company that holds an inactive real estate license and pays based on referrals into the company. I want to focus on the word of mouth of the business, or that we know referrals because we want to be referred too, if that makes sense. Any website advice or phrases will be so appreciated!
