    by creating every step of the campaign with the viewer/customer in mind. unfortunately they think of the client, and making the client happy

    they have all the means to do stuff like conducting a nationwide research, feasibility studies, and all that. Unlike when you do it on your own, or with small agencies…you simply lack access to some important issues and key considerations in making advertsiements.

    The larger, really good agencies will do your research for you about your industry, your competitors, and your customers. They will know your company and your market better than you do..

    Their main disadvantage is that they will eat your entire marketing budget and spit it out in 2 seconds flat…

    The smaller ones just develop some pretty pictures and take you out to lunch.
