the luxury real estate is ready but requires a very special & perceptive marketing & sales mechanism, we seek full advice & consultation. we need to find (fresh approach) to communicate the elite level & create the need for investing in our project.we need to create the feelung that this place has been fully designed & constructed for the elite, each of the said level should feel that we are corresponding to him personalty.

    The elite have an ego which needs to be pampered & the elite need to feel distinctly different in comparison with a commoner.

    keeping in mind these facts a good way to pamper an elite is to make him feel that he is being invited amongst a chosen few to be a part of this project.

    you also should offer personalised services to the owners which apart from being convenient also pamper the ego.

    all visuals should be very luxurious giving a 7 star hotel feel!!!

    really increase your footprint. These houses are designed to consume the most energy, increase your commute, protect you from any community or social interaction, consume huge amounts of water – make sure none is left for your kids
    and realy **** people off who think, perhaps, they live on this planet too – but are obvoiusly don’t understand that by “elite” we mean those who will swallow all the hype from marketing & sales people who can only understand profit in terms of their pay bonuses – and who have probably never been challenged to think for themselves.

    Or perhaps I have you all wrong, maybe this is for the very special and perceptive forward thinking elite coresponding to each personally, made from cob or straw bale, shared transport solution, lime plaster & clay paint, water harvesting, renewable energy … as at Crystal Waters

    real luxury is health & happiness, how will your development contribute to this?
