Microsoft and AT&T are complaining that this acquisition will/has transformed Google into a monopoly. It’s scary to think that these large multi-billion dollar companies, who have both been accused of holding too much share over their markets, are cringing in the wake of Google’s acquisition of DoubleClick. What are your thoughts?

yeah it will come up to a point where google will dominate. At the same time there is opportunity for start ups to challenge. Microsoft once look intimidating, but now it seems like its fading away.
