i need held with a advertising online job i started?

few weeks ago i started a online advertising job but i dont think i am doing it right. i have a little baby at home. i cant really live her anywhere and i thought working online could be helpful if i can make some extra money. the thing is that i have no idea how to do it, i really dont have any intrest in business and advertising. i kind a need somebody to tell me how to do it right and to make it work because so far i have no results.
What about the person who hired you? They should be able to give you some guidance.

One of the best advertising things you can do is go into forums and chat rooms that are based on consumers of your product (i.e., if you sell shampoo, go to hair care forums) and chat with people about what you do. Be careful to observe forum policies, but most will let you tell about yourself, even if you can only say hello and add a line with your signature that links to your webpage. Consider reciprocal links (you allow folks to put a link or your site, and you get one on theirs) and web rings. Mostly, it just takes time, time for the search engines to find you, time to build a business of any kind.
