Can I bid on EXACT keyword phases when using Yahoo Search Marketing?

I would like to bid on several exact keyword phrases and do not want broad matches to show up on my search marketing campaigns.

    if you search for things in quotations it looks for the exact phrase.

    Let’s say your looking for the phrase, hello my name is…

    You’d do this “hello my name is…” and you’d get everything with that!
