I’m planning on starting a micro-business dedicated to promotions and Internet Marketing & Consulting.
We are offering the following services as a beginning:
Car Advertising – we will pay people to put our clients advertisements on their cars.
Moving Advertising- We will have our own fleet moving constantly display our clients ads.
And Internet Marketing & Consulting – We will work on pay-per-click campaigns, social media presence, and website optimization for our clients.
The issue is that we don’t have a clue on who to contact to make proposals and how to do it.
We don’t know if we have to contact the business directly or contact their Advertising Agencies, so they could offer our services to their clients.

I want to have at least three people (but a full group of four would be the best) who can play legendary campaign almost all day. I’m hoping to get at least 5 levels done, and then finish the rest on another day.
Requirements:
-Xbox
-Halo 3
-Controller
-Headset or mic
-Charged battery packs or lots of batteries

Can anyone list some cheap ways to market websites such as health and weightloss blogs?
Ok I guess my question was, besides fighting for positions in the search engines, what other ways are good to market a brand new website. Adwords? I mean you have to get the word out. I don’t want to just OPTIMIZE my SE campaigns…I want to know how to use them to drive traffic to my websites without worrying about how google or yahoo “ranks” my site. There must be feasable ways to market a website with total disregard for what a search engine thinks of your efforts, right?

Why is ROI so much LESS when I PAY major advertising agencies (even Yahoo Search Marketing) for pay-per-click, or paid sponsor listings?
Where is the money going? Why no return on investment? More importantly, how can someone on a low budget get a fair shot at ROI? If standard web sales conversion rate is .01, then I should be seeing some sales here, but there are none!
