Any Marketing Analysts out there have a method to forecast leads based on campaign spend?

I am using a moving average based on the previous fiscal year’s Cost-per-Lead but my forecast accuracy is only about 50-70% per week.

    Your system for forecasting is really good. Most forecasting ****. Talking about how things went is the only way to determine is a change was good or bad.
