What are some suggestions for marketing my mortgage services?

I have embarked on an extensive marketing and advertising campaign to independently build my client base. My most recent stint currently running is a radio advertisement encouraging listeners to call to get pre-qualified. I am also mailing realtors in hopes of getting them to refer me some of their business.
I know this might sound weird but I’ve seen those advertisements in the movie theaters before a show….lot’s of people view them. What else is there to do while you wait for a show to begin? At least it would get your name out there to a diverse crowd.

I would check out RegionalMortgages.com
They are an informational website about mortgages and loans. They also provide a national directory of local mortgage lenders. They allow for one lender per zip code.
Here you go. This is a big idea, get ready. In my area, the mortgage companies are providing Real Estate agents with a product called Hear My House. This is a FM transmitter and a pre-recorded message about a property for sale. It includes a sign that goes in the front lawn of a house that is for sale that allows people driving by to tune to a FM radio station that is on the sign where thay can hear all of the details about the house that they just drove by. They are inexpensive and effective. It helps realestate agents get listings and by providing it as a free service to agents, you will get referrals. In addition, since you are providing it, you can include a message from you about your nmortgage services on the pre-recorded message. This way, even if the person driving by does not by that house, they will still be exposed to your message. This is cheaper than running a days worth of radio ads and is targeted at people looking to buy a house. It is working in my area, and it will work for you. check out
