What’s the best way to promote a website – non SEO?

I have an e-commerce site = http://www.liverystable.net, this site is for horse classifieds. What are some techniques and ideas for promoting the sight beyond typical SEO and PPC practices? I do have an aggressive SEO campaign going, but just feel like I have to be missing out on other marketing options that aren’t so search engine or even internet dependent, and until/unless I’m on the first page, I want to continue to try to market the site as effectively as I can.

    I think, you should try something like advertising your site in newspapers, put site name on visiting card, put site name on your car, organize an event for site promotion etc. There are still many ways non SEO promotion techniques.
