Hi there.In Affiliating Marketing,do i have to sign up with each of the websites i want to advertise?

I am using Clickbank`s online market to choose “hoplinks” and than after getting them i copy and past it into Google Adwords were the/my advertising campaign begins.But do i have to get any specific “sign up affiliate conditions”with the seller (business online website) in order to be get payed? Thanks!!
