I like to beat the game before i jump into online play. I think that people should be forced to actually beat the game before the Online mode is avaliable. PS3 —- StoStatus add me up

Campaign. You know who’s fighting, why, and have used your share of weapons.

I usually complete the first one or two single players, then go onto the multiplayer. Then, over the next month or so, I swap between Single Player and Multiplayer until I eventually finish SP which means I play fk loads of multiplayer. THEN I play SP on Veteran.
Yikes, I don’t think i’ve ever used the words ‘Single Player’ and ‘Multplayer’ so much in one paragraph! Anyway, nothing should force you to do one before the other. It’s all a matter of opinion in which one you prefer and do first.

I like to play the campaign first so i can get familiar with the game and understand the conflict. When i get enough of single-player, i go for multiplayer.
i hope they have a washington dc map!

Unlike most people, I actually enjoy single player games and typically the single player modes of games that have multiplayer modes; Cod 4’s campaign was especially cool. It was like being in the middle of the greatest action movie of all time, and it looks like Modern Warfare 2 is going to expand upon that idea and improve it.
I pity the people that only care about competitive multiplayer modes of video games.
I personally am going to play the entire campaign before moving on to the Competitive Multiplayer mode.
