I am marketing a luxury condo-hotel located in Orlando,Fl. 90% of our buyers are foreign nationals. We are a luxury resort with fully furnished condos located by Disney. Phase 1 (432 units) opened almost 2 years ago and I am now on to marketing the 2nd Phase. The market has changed since then and I can no longer rely on realtors to bring buyers. I have several campaigns in progress but I am interested in your ideas. Thanks!

Online marketing is your answer. Three initial tips for you:
1. Look at your previous buyers information to find where mos buyers came from and target social media websites on theses countries (the professional one’s like LinkedIn and Plaxo are the best for this).
2. Think about internationalizing your website to their languages.
3. Contact your previous buyers and ask for referrals.
