    No but the picture quality is going to **** it will be a 3×3 inch blurry picture.

    Nope. and the pic quality depends on your phone. I had a newer Verizon phone and I would take pics and send ‘em to my email and the quality was awesome!

    Yes, You might have to pay for Wireless Web Usage or Data Charges, or for the simple fact that you are uploading pictures.
