I’m using Windows Live Mail currently so if you’re not using this version it may be a little different. (It’s totally free, though;))
1. Click options on the right hand side. Click ‘more options’
2. Look for ‘Junk e-mail’
3. Click ‘Safe and blocked senders’
4. Click ‘Blocked Senders’
5. And type in his email.

(optional) 6. Send him one last email telling him that you blocked him. Don’t forget the smiley at the end of the email. =)
