Is there a way I can block a person from emailing my boyfriend if I know their email address?

I would like to block my current boyfriends ex girlfriend from emailing him. Is this possible?

    What gives you the right to block anyone’s e-mail? This is the first question you should be asking. Do you want anyone to have the ability to block other peoples e-mail? Would it be acceptable if any of your e-mail could be blocked by anyone else – no matter who they were?
