How do I reduce the size of photos for Yahoo emailing?

I tried to email a photograph with a size of 20MB. But with Yahoo email it takes far too long to send.
I know there is a way of reducing the size of photos, to make them easier to send, but I don’t know how to do it.
Can anyone please help?

What should I write when emailing references to a potential employer?

I was asked by a potential employer to send my references via email. Do I write a letter? Or do I just shoot a “Here are my references, thank you for the call”? I have never been asked to email references, I’ve always just attached them to my resume and given them at the interview. I am new to the email reference ettiquete.

How can I find out the emailing address of an EPA official?

I need to know the email address of an EPA official who I could contact about the proper disposal of medical waste. I’ve searched and searched and I can’t find an address that would work. The address has to be valid. I need this for a ninth grade science project because I’m trying to raise my grade so I need an A on this assignment because it’s worth two tests! And in order to get an A, I need to write an email to a valid address of an EPA official about medical waste. Can anyone help me?
