My AOL mailbox automatically emailing everybody in my address book, how can i stop this?

Recently i have been getting returned mail message from AOL to emails that i haven’t sent a email to, but they’re in my address book.

How can i stop AOL from automatically emailing everybody in my address book?

    if i were you i would either make a new yahoo account or delete all the contacts you dont want to send the message to from the to box above the message you are creating.
