If you want it to go to spam mail take their address out of your address book. There may be a way to just block them altogether though.

    Block their address.
Mail page>>options (top right)>>mail options (if available)>>block addresses (under Spam). Put the exact address, you want to block, in the space—then click “add block”.

Any future mail from that address will be deleted immediately–you’ll never see it.

On the other hand—if it’s “spam mail” you’re talking about–your best bet is—don’t open it, and just click the spam tab, and let Yahoo deal with it. They will contain it within the spam folder, which they automatically delete at preset times.
Blocking Spam addresses has never been very effective anyway, since they change their addresses with each mass mailing, and slip past any block placed on them.
