How do I block an someone from emailing me?

I have blocked an email address twice, and they still can send me email. How can I block this person for good, as I don’t want to receive his junk email? I don’t think my blocker is working how can I check it, or what can I do??

    If it is junk email sometimes they change one thing in their email address so the email will go through. Never open these emails because it confirms your email address and you will get a lot more. You just have to block the email each time you get one or hit the spam button each time. Good luck!!!
