How do I combine my PDF files(resume) from several separate pages to one for emailing purposes?

I converted my resume to PDF but it stored each page individually. I wish to be able to email it as only one attachment though not three separate pages, is that possible? Thanks.

    I’m assuming you are using a PC; Simple PDF Merger is a free tool

    PDF Redirect is free too
