How to stop a company emailing me constantly?

I own a small business and for about a year I have emailed and called a certain company to STOP emailing and calling. they are so irritating. Well, they say they will, but the emails continue.
How do I report them? Where? And to who?

If they don’t offer an unsubscribe option, put a block on that number and keep sending the email to the spam function. I have no idea who you can report them to. Next time they call or even before they can call again, tell them if they don’t remove you from their list you’ll sue them. I hear that helps, but I’m not so sure.
Never open spam it only confirms your email address. When you open an email and ask them to stop sending you the emails that is as good as they want they know now that they have a good email address. Follow the steps below and it should help.
Go to “Options” on the right side of your email page
Click on “Block Address”
Enter the address you want blocked
Click on “Add Block”
Click on “Save”
Or click on the emails and hit the spam button
