Is there a way to block someone from emailing me on Yahoo email?

I’m being harassed and I want to know if there is a way to block someone from emailing me and chatting with me on Yahoo mail and messenger. My email address is on everything (like resumes) and I would rather not change my email address. Thanks.

    Go to “Options” It is above your email
    Click on “Mail Options”
    Click on “SPAM”
    Go down to “Blocked Email Address”
    Enter the address you want to block
    Click on “Add Block”
    Click on “Save”
