Is the new McDonald’s marketing campaign a conspiracy to wipe out African Americans?

Posted Saturday, May 29, 2010 by admin

I bet they’re trying to wipe us out! Isn’t it obvious? All of a sudden they start trying to appeal to the black community with commercial featuring all blacks and even a website called 365black.com. They are trying to wipe us out by using fast food to lure us in so we can all develop heart disease and eventually keel over! They now African Americans have a high rate of heart problems! Why are they trying to sell us there greasy fattening food? It’s conspiracy, I tell you! They are trying to get rid of us!

Is anyone else annoyed by Dominos Pizza marketing or just Dominos period?

Domino’s Pizza, I like their pizza but there marketing Campaigns kill me.

The “555 Deal” – 3 medium pizzas for 5.55 each, no coupon required, they actually tell you about it when you call.

*So, i go to the domino’s website and see that if i sign register online with domino’s online I’ll get a coupon, nice. What was the coupon? the 555 deal….. that’s not a coupon!!!! its misleading just to get me to sign up, what the hell kind of marketing is that. -they also attach “555 deal coupons to the pizza boxes upon delivery, ridiculous.

The “30 minute pizza tracker” – Advertised both online and TV. “you’ve got pizza tracker!!” they say… “no longer than 30 min, use our online pizza tracker”. Ok, sounds good, so I use the tracker, 40 minutes go by, ok.. so I call. They tell me yeah sorry were running late, I said ok well what do I get, my “pizza tracker” is at 40 min. “nothing, that’s just a timer” was the responce.

Laugh My *** Off! frickin ridiculous, an elementary student could come up with a more wholesome marketing strategy..

anyone else agree? sorry for the rant =)

In the Whopper Virgins advertising campaign?

Posted Friday, September 25, 2009 by admin

how did Burger King make Bic Mac’s?

In case you don’t know what this is..
“In December 2008, Burger King purchased the rights to an advertising campaign that centered around a taste-test marketing campaign, dubbed “Whopper Virgins.” The test claimed to target participants who were unaware of the existence of Burger King or McDonald’s, and had never eaten a hamburger. Three remote areas of the world—Baan Khun Chang Kiean, Thailand; Kulusuk, Greenland; and Budesti, Romania—were targeted. In the test, the “virgins” were asked to try both the McDonald’s Big Mac and the Burger King Whopper, and give their preference, if any. According to the advertisements and accompanying mini-documentary, the Whopper was the most popular sandwich among the test subjects.” – wikipedia
but certianly if burger king bought it from mcdonalds then their recipe is gone and then burger king can produce them?
