What can I do to boost online store’s sales of a non profit org?

I am helping intellectually challenged organization raise funds through their online store. They sell quillows, lap quilts and sock monkeys. What can I do to help boost their online sales? Currently not a single one is selling and I just started an adwords campaign to see if they can sell. Does anyone have any helpful advise?
