I need to send scanned documents to someone thru email and they can only accept attachments upto 12mb but most of my files are 20+mb. I need to make these scans smaller to fit the email but i also need it to be legible n printable for the person receiving it. How can i do this? The files are stored on corel and picasa. HELP!

Will they be able to view it correctly if they don’t have the font(s) installed on their computer?
If not would saving & sending the document as a PDF file fix the problem?

I converted my resume to PDF but it stored each page individually. I wish to be able to email it as only one attachment though not three separate pages, is that possible? Thanks.

When I email from a distribution list, I want to make the emails custom so that it appears that I wrote each email individually. For example: “Dear Mary,” instead of just a generic “Dear U6 Soccer Parent,”. Is there some bit of code I could stick in an outlook header to customize my message based on the recipient?

When I open a website–any website–with a lot of text in it, Internet Explorer 8 automatically scrolls through all the text and picks a few of the words which it then changes into double-underlined hyperlinks that connect to some random advertiser. The sites it’s advertising are unrelated to the website I’ve got open in any way.
I find this exceptionally annoying and really hope someone can tell me how to make it not do that.
